Returns & Exchanges Policy 

 

Thank you for supporting independent, New Zealand-made fashion! Because each of our island wear pieces and accessories is hand-crafted with love right here in NZ, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. 

 

Please read our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

 

1Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Guarantees Act)

Under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, if an item has a manufacturing fault (such as a burst seam or broken closure), we will gladly repair it, replace it, or issue a full refund. Please contact us at info@dmtreasure.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the fault so we can get it sorted for you immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.

 

2Size Exchanges and Change of Mind

We understand that buying apparel online can be tricky! If your item doesn't fit quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

* You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

* Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/labels intact.

* For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

3. How to Process an Exchange 

1. Email us at info@dmtreasure.co.nz with your Order Number (found on your Webador email receipt) and the size you need.

2. Package the item securely (reusing our eco-courier bags where possible).

3. Post the item back to our NZ workshop. 

 

*Please note: Customers are responsible for the trackable courier costs of returning the item to us for a change-of-mind exchange. We recommend using a tracked NZ Post service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return packages.*
